Hi guys this is my third in my journey to become lean and ripped. For those of you that do not know me. I'm a guy that like to workout. But my diet was just a mess I had never achieve a ripped 6 pack abs cus my body fat was always high. Even if I workout 6days a week I still can't see my abs. I knew the problem was my diet but whenever I start a diet. I only stick with it for awhile and than went back to my normal diet of junk foods and oily foods. I am not overweight but I am also not ripped and muscular. So this time I'm going to document on my journey to getting the ripped body I always wanted. What I will do differently than all the other time I try diet is I not giving myself a date line to get to my goal. So that I not giving myself stress and also this is not a body transformation is a lifestyle change for me. I'm planning to be ripped all year long. So I have to change my eat habit and lifestyle or else I will just go back to my old self once I reach my goal.
